Q. How will I know if Wild Love Photos is available to photograph my wedding?
A. Go to the Contact Us section of the website and fill out the form and our company representative will get back to you with a response within 12 hours with package information and available dates.

Q. How can I guarantee that my wedding date will be reserved?
A. Your wedding date will be reserved by making a deposit of 50% of the total package price. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of your wedding day. Last Minute Reservations: You may pay in full within 24 hours of your wedding day, but this is subject to our schedule and does not guarantee that we will be available for your wedding date please contact us to ensure we are available.

Q. How can I find out the price of the packages?
A. To view our Wild Love Photos Price List, click here. We also offer custom packages, for further details, you may also request any additional information via email, in our Contact Us section, or by phone and our company representatives will be happy to answer all of your questions.

Q. What is the quality of the photography?
A. We use only the finest quality equipment which allows for the finest quality photos. This also allows for the finest quality enlargements as well. No matter the size of the photo, it will only be of the best quality.

Q. Will I be able to use the photos after the wedding or make more copies?
All of your photos will be sent to you online. In most countries, you cannot print photos from a DVD if they were taken professionally, which is why we use digital delivery via apps like dropbox.com. There is no additional costs to receive files from us digitally. You may opt to have an USB mailed by courier for an additional fee. All photos you receive have a full release and you may distribute them personally without an additional permission.

Q. What are the locations for the photo sessions for my wedding?
A. The locations of your photo sessions can be at your own hotel if its a destination wedding or at any external location of your choosing. We are available for any type of location.

Q. Who is the photographer?
A. We have two lead photographers. Courtney Venus the founder is almost always at each event. If not you will receive the her 2nd lead shooter, this would be discussed at time of booking.

Q. Will friends, family or myself be able to buy other images that were taken at the wedding and unused?
A. Yes, we offer all of our images online for download or printing on various types of materials like T-Shirts, Hats, Cups, photo books and more. This is uploaded at the same time your package is delivered, so that your personal share page is ready you and your guests can start printing and sharing.

Q. Who do I pay for my services?
A. You can pay via email transfer to our Canadian branch. We accept credit cards through www.paypal.com and also international wire transfers. For more details please ask.

DESTINATION WEDDING FAQ

Q. Where is Wild Love Photos available to shoot my wedding in destination location?
A. Wild Love Photos is able to shoot anywhere, just let us know what you are planning, we are flexible! We do have a base in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Q. How do I know if Wild Love Photos can work at my resort in a destination location?
A. Most hotels and resorts charge a “Day Pass” fee for the photographers to work in their hotels. This fee is usually around $300-800 USD, but while discussing your package options we can work with you on this fee to make this more affordable. We can also attend as guests and the fee is waived, so the best thing to do is send us a mail or get in touch to find out how it works.

Q. Do you have any Hair or Make-up artists available?
A. Yes we do! We work with the best Hair and Makeup artists available, and they will create the perfect image for your wedding.
