Q. How will I know if Wild Love Photos is available to photograph my wedding?
A. Go to the bottom of this page and select the Contact Us section of the website and fill out the form and a Wild Love company representative will get back to you with a response within 12 hours with package information and available dates.
Q. How can I guarantee that my wedding date will be reserved?
A. Your wedding date will be reserved by making a deposit of 50% of the total package price. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your wedding day.
Last Minute Reservations: You may pay in full within 24 hours of your wedding day, but this is subject to our schedule and does not guarantee that we will be available for your wedding date please contact us at the bottom of this page to ensure we are available.
Q. How can I find out the price of the packages?
A. To view our Wild Love Photos Price List, please view the Investments section in the top menu. We also offer custom packages, for further details, you may also request any additional information via email, in our Contact Us (below) section, or by phone and our company representatives will be happy to answer all of your questions.
Q. What is the quality of the photography?
A. We use only the finest quality equipment which allows for the finest quality photos. This also allows for the finest quality enlargements as well. No matter the size of the photo, it will only be of the best quality.
Q. Do I get all of my images?
A. the short answer is yes. The pictures will go through an initial cleaning where we remove any images that are under or over exposed (beyond use) and or blurry.
Only the files that are garbage are removed. This way you can watch the whole event go down through your unedited files.
Q. What are the locations for the photo sessions for my Destination wedding?
A. The location of your photo session can be at your resort or hotel, if its a destination wedding or at any external location of your choosing. We are available for any type of location.
We are happy to suggest locations as well, just let us know what your looking for. If your wedding is on Virginia we can help you choose a great spot for photos.
Q. Who is the photographer?
A. We have two lead photographers. Courtney Venus the founder is almost always at each event. If not, you will receive our second in command aka 2nd lead shooter, this would be discussed at time of booking if applicable for your event date.
If you would like another angle we also have a small group of very talented junior photographers that can be added to larger events.
Q. Will friends, family or myself be able to buy other images that were taken at the wedding and unused?
A. Yes, we offer all of our images online for download or printing on various types of materials like T-Shirts, Hats, Cups, photo books and more via Shutterfly.
This is uploaded at the same time your package is delivered, so that your personal share page is ready, you and your guests can start printing and sharing. Please let us know you would like this at the time of your booking.
Q. Who do I pay for my services?
A. You can pay with PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp. We also accept credit cards through www.paypal.com (no Paypal account needed, a 4% handling fee is applied to all credit card charges), we also accept checks and international wire transfers for destination weddings.

Q. Will I be able to use the photos after the wedding or make more copies? What types of rights do we have for the photos?
A. All of your photos will be sent to you online and/or on a USB. (In most countries, you cannot print photos from a DVD if they were taken professionally, which is why we use digital delivery via apps like dropbox.com.) With Dropbox there are no additional costs to receive files from us digitally as a download to your computer.
You may opt to have an USB mailed by courier for an additional fee, based on your location. All the photos you receive have a full release for personal use and you may distribute them to friends and family without any additional permission.
The only 2 things to ever consider are; if you will be using the images commercially in a magazine for example to showcase your wedding - then we require notification and credit for the images as the artists, super simple; and at no time may you sell your wedding photos to a company for commercial use - that is recognized as an copyright infringement.
Q. Where is Wild Love Photos available to shoot my wedding in destination location?
A. Wild Love Photos is able to shoot anywhere, just let us know what you are planning, we are flexible! We do have a base in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Q. How do I know if Wild Love Photos can work at my resort in a destination location?
A. Most hotels and resorts charge a “Day Pass” fee for the photographers to work in their hotels. This fee is usually around $300-800 USD, but while discussing your package options we can work with you on this fee to make this more affordable. We can also attend as guests and the fee is waived, so the best thing to do is send us a mail or get in touch to find out how it works.
Q. Do you know any Hair or Make-up artists available?
A. Yes we do! We work with the best Hair and Makeup artists available, and they will create the perfect image for your wedding.
Q. Can you offer me other types of vendors in the area I am headed to?
A. Possibly yes, especially if you are getting married in Mexico as we have been working there for over 15 years.
